Classical studies in Nice (France): ancient French, latin, greek, sanskrit.
Experiences in publishing, journalism and cinema management, all domains that predisposed me to delve into the personal computing and the Internet as soon as they appeared in France.
So I did it: in the 80s and 90s, database design and development, eLearning, online collaborating projects etc. I developed and published the first software of Internet skills self-evalutation. France Telecom acquired it for its national network of multimedia centers. I served as an evaluator for the European Commission, particularly in the eContent program.
Today analyst and photographer, I publish the blog Lois des réseaux (reseaux.blog.lemonde.fr). I'm the founder president of the Internet European Society (Societé européenne de l'Internet, http://ies-france.eu/), a small thinktank about Internet in France and Europe.
