Susan Perry is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Graduate Programs in Public Policy, International Law and International Affairs. She holds an MSt in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University, a Doctorat in Chinese Studies from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, and a Masters from Yale University. She is a founding member of AUP’s Working Group on Human Rights and Digital Technology. Dr. Perry is both a scholar and a human rights practitioner. In addition to her courses on Global Public Policy and on International Human Rights Law, she has been active in drafting a series of child’s rights texts, ranging from the Njamena Declaration on the Demobilization of Child Soldiers (2010) to a proposition du projet de loi on EMF protection for the French Parliament (2012).
